During our stay at the hotel, we were impressed with the level of security provided. The hotel was surrounded by a big security fence, which made us feel safe and secure. Additionally, the hotel had free secure parking, which was a great convenience for us since we had our own car. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and did their best to assist us throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the free internet access. we had a positive experience at this hotel.

Cons: One minor inconvenience was that the hotel was not obvious to find.

Spent our Christmas break at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the location was perfect, right next to a well, connected public transport system and close to some great restaurants. the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the free Wi, Fi and the secure car park which added to our overall enjoyable stay.

The lack of in, room drinks facilities, which meant we had to go to the lobby every time we wanted a cup of tea or coffee. the hotel's exterior may not be the most impressive, but we found this didn't detract from our experience in the slightest.

We found the location of this hotel very convenient since it only takes 10 minutes to reach the city center by metro. the metro station is just a few minutes away from this lovely hotel. we found the facility easy to drive to but near enough for good public transport into the city center. the rooms were comfortable and clean.

It would have been nice if there were more food options in the vicinity of the hotel.

Great stay during the Xmas season. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent with easy access to public transport. Free and fast wifi was a great add-on. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a flat screen TV and a coffee maker available.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and main tourist attractions, but it was not a big issue for us. The restaurant was a bit limited and the breakfast buffet was not as elaborate as we expected.
